This tutorial will example how to make Scribbled Images.
I will be using the follow image in this tutorial. Right click and COPY it to follow along.
1. Paste (CTRL + V) the image into PSP.
2. From the top menu, go to Layers > New Raster Layer.
Change the OPACITY to about 20 and click OK.
3. I recommend using the Floodfill tool to color the layer
a neon green so it's easy to make the image transparent.
4. Click on the Paint Brush tool.
Change the size to 1.
(I recommend using the color black).
5. Using the paint brush draw around the Pooh image.
You don't have to be perfect.
6. After you've drawn around it once, draw around it again. This will give it a scribbled look.
7. Once you're done drawing go to Layers > Properties. Change the OPACITY back to 100. Your image should look something like this:
8. Use the flood fill tool to color in the image. Once it's colored how you like, simply make it transparent and save. Here's how mines turned out:
