This tutorial will explain how to blend two images into each other.
I will be using the two images below through this tutorial
1. Copy each image and paste it into PSP
2. Click on Image1 (Britney Spears) and press CTRL + C
3. Click on Image2 (Star Design) and press CTRL + L
*You should now see the image of Britney Spears completely covering the star design*
4. Go to LAYERS> PROPERTIES
Layers is at the top menu next to Colors
5. The following box displays on the right will appear.
Change the Opacity level to 65 and hit OK.
6. Go to LAYERS> MERGE> MERGE ALL (Flatten).
This is done to combine both images into one.
