This tutorial will how to add a Mosaic Effect.
1. Make a new image. Mines is 250x150.
2. Use the Paintbrush or any tool, set the color palette to two colors of your choice.
3. Simply stamp the brush randomly on your new image.
Don't worry about being neat. Just make sure you have covered the entire image in random design.
Here's my example:
4. Once you're happy with the design, go to:
Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Antique.
The following box will pop up.
Match the settings as below:
5. Click OK and you're done.
You can use this effect on pretty much anything from backgrounds, layouts, signs, etc.
