This tutorial will explain how to make a dashed border around an image/text.
In my tutorial I will be using the icon from Icons Heaven
To follow along, copy the image. (Right click and copy).
1. Paste (CTRL + V) the icon into PSP.
2. Hit CTRL + A to highlight the image. You will now notice dashed borders around the image.
3. Click the Print Screen key.
4. Paste (CTRL + V) and the screen will now be pasted.
5. Zoom into your image and crop around the image.
6. The image should not have the dashed border around it. Simply save.
7. Tip: It works the same way to text
