ANIMATION SHOP
This tutorial will explain how to add the underwater effect.
I will be using the following image as an example in this tutorial. Save it onto your computer to follow along.
1. Open the image into Animation Shop.
2. From the top menu go to EFFECTS > Insert Image Effects > Set the effect to UNDERWATER. Then click CUSTOMIZE.
3. The following window will open. Play around with the settings. Here's how my settings look:
4. Tip: If aren't happy with a wave you've drawn, simply click REMOVE WAVE.
5. Click OK when you're happy with your settings.
